I received the Basti Dough Therapy on my lower back and the results were and still are incredible. After being pregnant 3 times in 6 years without much rehab or care in between each pregnancy, paired with carting around children and extra body weight with minimal core strength left, my low back has been giving me a lot of discomfort and feelings of weakness. The treatment itself was extremely relaxing and very soothing for not only my back but also my soul. It felt like the ultimate dose of self care that my tired and exhausted mama body needed. Stacey is such a calm and knowledgeable presence and I felt so held and taken care of during our sessions. The dough bowl paired with the warm oil and the bodywork was so nourishing and after one treatment I had already noticed an improvement.
